5 Years of MInistry
These are the major annual expenses a parent/sponsor can anticipate. We strongly encourage you, even if paying it yourself is not a problem for you, to involve other people in "your child's world" who are concerned about his/her growth and development to support his/her particpation by making a donation on his/her behalf.

In order for their contribution to be recognized as tax-deductible, they must write "ROP Ministry" in the memo section of their check made payable to "Immanuel's Church". (His/her name must not be on the check. Instead, attach a seperate note indicating that it is to be used toward their participation.)

Sponsorship will serve to both lessen the burden on parent(s), and help to establish an important level of accountability for your youth.
Registration - $210/new or $185/returning (5 installments - see payment schedule)
The annual costs for participation are approximated as follows:
Memorial Day Weekend Cookout - ***NO COOKOUT THIS YEAR***

Coronation/ Knighting Ceremony (Graduation) - (Included in Registration)
Optional - We have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend (Sunday Afternoon) Cookout to close out the year. Families contribute and the ministry leaders purchase and prepare all of the food.
NOTE TO PARENTS/SPONSORS
Activities/ Outings/ Special Events - (Optional: $10-20 Per Participant/ Per Event)
Typically 2-3 per ministry year. Participation encouraged, but optional. Parents are notified well in advance of event.
